solving problems through Venn diagrams?
in a troop of 64 scouts, 37 years had won First Aid Merit Badge, Rescue 26 won Merit Award, and 12 won two of these plates. How many scouts had won: First Aid, but not saving lives? Lifesaving first aid but not? At least one of the badges? None of the plates?
For first aid to save lives, but not we just have to know all the people who received first aid cards (37) and subtracting all the people who received badges and distinctive life-saving first aid (12), giving us 25. To save the life but not in first aid, we just have to know all the people who received salvage cards (26th) and subtracting all the people card receiving rescue and first aid badges (12), which gives us 14. At least one of the badges, which can add all the people who received either one of the badges (37 + 26 = 63), and subtracting all the people who received both (Because we are counted twice). That is 12, so 63-12 = 51, so 51 people have at least one card identification. For any of the badges, we take the total number of campers and subtract those with at least one plate, which is 51. So 64-51 = 13, and 13 people has no plates.
Is it the hiking, the swimming, or the food? It could be any of the other many activities involved with camping. For many, it is the time spent around the campfire listening to stories, jokes, eating smores and singing camping songs. For a well rounded camping experience, it's important to do a variety of things, but one of my favorites is singing around the campfire.
Most campfire singalongs that I have been to were mostly spontaneous, with one or two guitars and lots of people making requests. It usually went well as long as the guitar players knew how to play the songs. More often than not, though, someone has tried to start campfire singing, and for one reason or another, it never really got off the ground.
Well, I have a couple of tips to help you get it off the ground.
First of all, choose the right songs.
The typical scenario is this: Cousin Jeremey has his guitar. Somebody suggests a song that only 2 people know. Cousin Jeremy would play along, but the only 3 songs he knows are Ironman, Louie, Louie and Smoke on the Water. And that just about wraps it up.
Once again, choose the right camp songs. That means, songs that everyone knows. Most likely, that will be songs you learned as a child. It could be songs you learned from your parents or at school. It could also be songs you learned in sunday school.
For many people, the songs they most remember are camp songs they learned at girl scout, boy scout or youth church camp. Songs like 'Cannibal King' or 'Princess Pat'. Those are girls camp favorites. Some of the church camp favorites are 'Michael, Row the Boat Ashore', 'He's Got the Whole World', and 'Kumbaya'.
Some other favorites are:
I've Been Working on the Railroad; Just about everyone knows this song. It's easy to sing and just fun for everyone. We like to gradually pick up speed as we get closer to the end. John Jacob Jingleheimerschmidt; Like the one above, this is fun to get louder and faster each time you sing it. This one is really short, so it is easy to learn. The Bear Went Over the Mountain. Found a Peanut Happy Wanderer I Love the Mountains
Of course, the list doesn't end there.
Another good tip for you; Sing songs that are easy to learn. You and your friends/family may not know all the same songs from childhood. So then do camp songs that are easy to learn.
A good example is Chumbara. Chumbara is a folk song from Canada and it is one 3-syllable word over and over again. To make up new verses, just use any 3-syllable word. Names, places and foods are good words to use, like: E-mi-ly, or spa-ghet-ti, or blue-ber-ry or pi-a-no.
Another good example is There Ain't No Bugs on Me. This is another one you can make up verses to. The two key words in the first verse are bugs and mugs. The second verse could be flies and guys. The third could be bees and knees. You can find the lyrics and music in the Great American Campfire Songbook. You can also Google it to find the lyrics.
Other short, easy to learn songs are:
B-I-N-G-O Found a Peanut I You're Happy and You Know It Let the Sun Shine Forever
I hope this helps you have a good campfire song fest. It will hopefully be a fun, memorable experience.Visit Herehttp://newmoviesong.blogspot.com

Auto Insurance - a few observations, needs and how to get yourself better and cheaper Policy
The recent study conducted to assess knowledge driving ordinary Americans revealed that the Oregon drivers fared best with a score of 89% (the average required to pass a driving test, normal is 70%) and Rhode Island drivers were ranked lowest with an average score of 77%.
The results represent the results of examinations of about five thousand people with licenses throughout the country, falling within the age group 16 years - 65 years. The written test consists of 20 questions on the same line that requested at the time of licensing at the state level or driving licenses. All initiative was undertaken by the GMAC (General Motors Acceptance Corporation) Insurance.
The general conclusion to be drawn from the test results is that many Americans are significantly lacking in basic skills of traffic rules and safe driving the car. The comprehensive study revealed that, in fact, if a trial were held today, almost one in ten drivers (which is a whopping 20 million U.S. citizens) would leave the state driving test.
Almost all American states have made it mandatory for drivers have auto insurance in place before taking to the streets with their vehicles. Selecting the right auto insurance policy can be a very difficult task and there are several factors that come into play. You must be well prepared for the just right of the political class that does not penetrate deep into their pockets and gives with a very satisfactory insurance coverage.
If you want to have the cheapest car insurance available in your state, you should start with the study of basic insurance laws in your state. Discover the legal minimum requirement to avoid being penalized and then start scanning for base floor plans available of meeting those requirements.
The decision to purchase the type of auto insurance plan is based entirely with you. If you are one more of the types of Ferrari and zoom more beyond the city streets every day, the better to get the most car insurance cover before, otherwise if you are the sober type adhere to traffic laws to the hilt, and rarely venture outside their vehicle, although the most basic coverage would.
Insurance car has various aspects such as liability coverage, collision coverage, comprehensive coverage, medical coverage etc. to it. So if you are covered responsibility for their policy will pay if they have any accidental damage to any other person to the property. With global coverage, covered all car damage that occur for reasons such as natural disasters, political unrest, and so on. If you've opted to cover collision, damage only your car is paid. Medical coverage takes care of your medical expenses resulting from an accident.
There are several other types of roofing and also its final policy auto insurance will be a mix and match them, depending on your preferences.
So before you head online or offline to buy a policy auto insurance, several factors have to think about. However, a systematic approach, everything will fall into its proper place.

Contact your local public library and ask if you can run annual book sale, make a series of programs for children (make sure you have concrete ideas to run by them. Do not expect librarians to propose ideas for you. If you like science, tell them you want to do a monthly series of scientific experiments, or teach magic or whatever you may know.) Or log weekly homework help for children in elementary school. E-mail to the principal to see if they could use their services and if they could meet you to discuss their ideas. If you do not need what you offer, maybe they'll tell you what you need.
