Boating / Water Safety for Children? Please help:)?
Ok ... Here's the deal ... I'm making a cross of our Cub Scouts 17 May. I need 2 questions and answers dealing with the navigation or security from the sea. Our kids are crossing the Tigers Wolf, Wolf to cross the Bears and Bears crossing to Webelos. Please help me:)
1) Is it okay to remove the life jacket in calm water when the boat is still, when it is really hot outside? 2) Is it okay to go swimming on your own if you are a good swimmer and the water is only chest deep? Both answers are NO .... But perhaps suggesting a time to get to it (especially the Tigers, I hope).

Common questions about the construction of the rod and why you should ask
If you are one of the many fishermen who have wondered what it would how to make a rod building, but still some unanswered questions about the process now can be the answer you need. We have listed below some of the questions building common bar and gave the answers so you finally have access to enough information to decide if you are ready to take the step of personalization.
It Rod Building or difficult time?
The answer to both of these questions is no rebar. In general, the construction of a fishing rod Once you have gathered all the materials takes a couple of hours. You have to let the final product for a fixed time for the final set, but we're not talking about a day or all activity of all weeks here. It's something that could easily start making the weekends.
So far so difficult, is not so difficult as you might think. In fact, some troops of Boy Scouts have to start doing activities rebar. If you're worried about the challenge, get some guides and see for yourself how simple it can be. Probably be surprised.
Is it expensive construction of the rod?
That is a difficult question to answer because it really depends on you. Because you have total control over what you add to the finished product, you are the one who decides how expensive it will be. On average, Most builders spend more on their computers of other people, but that's because they want high-quality components they can get and that is added to the price significantly.
The first time can also cost a bit more because you need to buy some equipment, like a knife and a brush to apply the resin that is used repeatedly for all your rod building.
What are the benefits of building the rod?
The greatest benefit is that you end up with a finished product that is exactly what you want. If you want something a little heavier, you can make it happen. If you prefer ceramic guides can them. If you want silk instead of nylon, you can have. That's the beauty of the process - to make all decisions.
Another benefit is that you should also see an improvement in performance and have a fishing rod can be shown to others. Also, go through the process can be fun, especially if you are working in the project with other avid fishermen.
How I can start?
The best way to begin construction of the rod is a guide. You can read through the steps and see what is required in the process, including the specific subjects you need to buy for the project. Once you've done this just have to start buying the items and the preparation of your workspace. A good place to buy the equipment is an online store such as Sea Isle tackle, because of your choice and convenience.

Expanding the portfolio of business to build a stronger business
Ever met someone who wanted to stop doing something, but it never seemed to be able to completely turn the switch to disengage from the behavior pattern?
Maybe he got into a habit of stopping at a donut or a cheese steak on a route back from a trip, when they intend to do a better job of watching their diet.
Or maybe he spent the money in your business before it was collected. And even after being burned once or twice and realized of course that money was not yours to spend until the check cleared the bank still make decisions which left them overwhelmed and at risk.
Ron was caught in a "me first, Be the first to" habit when I was hired to train to grow your business. The problem was that as fast as he brought business in the front door, which had staff members leaving for back door.
Ron is spectacular as the first over when it comes to hiring a new employee, responding with a proposal, and even negotiating a lease. It is refreshing to work with someone with so much energy and concentration.
The other side of the coin is that he was burning himself and his staff for going after all in one speed: the speed of light.
We talked about the cost of carrying out all the red-hot intensity and how can lead to health risks and tension in your company. We talk about the first experiences that had rewarded him for being fast - talking fast, think fast and act fast. No surprises here: it won prizes and awards in Cub Scouts all the way through high school and college and was a behavior associated with positive results.
Einstein said: "You can never solve a major problem in the same level that created it."
Tracks needed to change dramatically, because he had about himself and run your business to death in this paradigm of adrenaline.
I asked him if he knew what the bird has principles, and immediately replied that the early bird always has the worm.
"Entrepreneurs are a little different, "he explained." Too often, we are like a mouse looking for cheese. And that requires more cunning and intelligence than mere speed. A mouse cheese is looking for risks to consider and weigh various benefits. "He nodded along, trying to figure out where this conversation was leading but did not know the line of Steven Wright was about to lay on him.
"Ron, the early bird may get the Worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. "
We laughed a lot, and most importantly, he got the role of risk.
Even now that will reduce gear in neutral and tell his staff: "Perhaps we'd better check to improve the safety of cheese."
Sometimes it's best being the second mouse, it is always better to have a range of options and approaches to enter. Expand their repertoire and you build a business stronger.

Who is the biggest badass in the history of mankind?
William Wallace? Tough wolf? Erik the Red? Genghis Khan? King Leonidas? I suggest you do not answer unless you've heard the story of Hugh Glass. He was an Irishman raised by the Pawnee Indians (really should not go further, but I will) who becomes a professional frontiersman / tracker employed by the government to explore the wild entirely Missouri Wilderness and ends up killing a bear with a hunting knife, recovering from near-fatal injuries in the fight and tracking / swing / scraping his way through a virgin wilderness, trail unblazed death all alone (without supply) which spans more than 200 miles to the nearby fort. Provide stories of real people only, not legends.
Andrew Jackson was hard SOB. He was a prisoner of war, attacked a murderer would be with his stick, and participated in 13 games. Often, Jackson would be first shot, just in itself, and fire again to kill another man. He had a bullet in the lung that can not be dismissed
