El Cazador

It emerged from the shadows. A slight smile on his face. No one around to notice. That was how Jim liked. He had just finished a job. " Jim was a professional hunter. He worked mostly at night. Their prey was human. Jim was a professional murderer.

He was born to hunt. Jim was born into a family of upper middle class New York City. His childhood was fairly common. He, as an average student in school, anything to make him stand from a crowd. His father worked as a graphic designer for a well established company. His mother was an elementary school teacher. Jim had no brothers. He was accustomed to being alone a long time.

Jim's father would take the family to a rural retreat. His father hunting small game, often taking with him, Jim, Jim liked the way his father hunting. That's how he learned the art of "stealth" and very "pretty" in pursuing his prey. Poachers and silent to produce more game. Although hunted for recreation, Jim's mother, had many tasty recipes for wild game. Jim's father never fired game that they would not use for food. That was their strict dress rule.

At the age of twenty-five parents Jim had died in a car accident.

A truck 18-wheeler had gotten out of control, crossed the center line and killed Jim normal.

Jim still liked to hunt in the country. While that the city was going to a shooting range and practices. He was an excellent marksman with a rifle. Even in the intermediate stage with a gun. Jim practiced and practiced with his "Glock 40 cal. "Constantly until I could put 10 or so shots on target white-eyed twenty-five steps.

It was during this time he was first approached to test your new skills.

A big man with a receding gray hairline, said Jim, "which shoot very well, what can you do a job, "Jim replied" I work for the city. "The stranger asked" not to be intrusive but they pay well and you like your job? "Jim never had given much thought, his work was a bit boring, but always with enough money to live a good enough life. The stranger smiled, "would Are you interested in another job, "" what kind of job Jim replied. "" Oh! His work is not suitable for everyone. " Take with him a sizeable check. "" Actually there is no check at all, everything is non-taxable cash. " Lot benefits. Did not is the traditional benefits. These include meeting new people, traveling and doing something that could really enjoy. You would be able to use their hunting skills. " Jim believes stranger must be crazy. Who would not jump at the chance to work like that. Jim smiled, "I would be very interested. "The stranger smiled.

"See you tonight for dinner and we can discuss the details." "Where," asked Jim questionable: "The bald man replied: "Establishing the" place, and with that he left.

That was Jim's first encounter with his new employer the "Mossad."

The Mossad is the world's least understood and most feared organization in the world. They are known throughout the world. Although rarely recruit from outside their borders are always open people with skills that meet their objectives. Mossad agents must be able to be very clandestine, with nerves of steel and be willing to give all for the organization. Jim already contain most of their needs, Jim was very average in height and weight, light brown hair and brown eyes. He shows his ability to "set fire" in ranges near and far with his gun. It was still to be determined whether Jim could be carried around the way the Mossad of thinking!

They met for dinner as planned. The stranger was very careful choosing his words carefully. Jim learned the stranger's name is Amit (Hebrew friend said). Jim thought it was a name uncommon for an American. Then it hit him. Amit spoke with a slight accent in mid-east. Jim asked politely "Amit, where are you?" He thought the stranger then said: "I come from a small free state in the" middle-east, Jim thought for a moment and then knew that the strange era. What brings you to America? "Jim asked. Amit then went on to give a brief history of his country. How and why it was founded. It was a small, but proud country with a rich history. Jim found his people had lived the life of nomads over the story. The tribes wanted to be able to resolve in a single place to take root. They settled in an abandoned wasteland and began to build permanent structures. The land was worked and modern irrigation methods in the field became fertile. Once the world has, trouble began for his nation. His country was strategically located between the "free world" and the greatest threat to the "free world", the Soviet Union.

Jim listened with fascination. The stranger was very polished in his behavior and speech. The articulation of the problems his country faces daily. The need for an organization that could wander freely around the world without attracting attention to themselves or country.

Jim wondered what the man could see in it that would help his country. He soon learned what Amit had in mind! Amit said Jim the organization had members in most countries. They were of average citizens than people cortex. All had one thing in common.

They were unknown to the world as being members of the clandestine organization Mossad. "

Jim had to get a passport. Amit said that he would have several passports when he reached his first destination. Jim still did not know why the Mossad was interested in him personally. He soon learned.

When he arrived, was taken to a bunker in a desert area. Later would know this was the headquarters of the brain. Jim was not an agent field, but rather was to be trained. The Mossad would break any attitude now and rebuild their needs.

Jim learned quickly. Self-defense, language skills, social and thanks again and again. The training began with the basics, quickly escalating to the day he would be able to fend for himself as polishing agent.

Jim enjoyed the training. Jim training gave him a sense welfare. After a year had gone bye, his mentor and friend Amit told him it was a good student. Almost ready to undertake his first mission. For Jim it was noted on the formation of relationships. Mossad agents did not want their strings are loose. Amit said he could find something to "local gathering places" for easily fulfill their human needs. He said that "in any form bonds with people." Amit continued, "is better and would not be so difficult say goodbye "Jim understood, or if he thought!

His first mission: travel to a solitary state. Once there, seek and destroy Jim leader unscrupulous organization. It seemed a difficult task for a new agent. Amit said Jim, if somewhat difficult had the skills to perform very well.

Jim boarded their plane at the airport countries "Ben Guion" International.

Jim was instructed not to go through the system normal security. Jim carried the tools of his trade, and he wondered how he would pass through security. "Ben Guion" had the most advanced system security in the world.

Amit told Jim to go to the door where the flight started from. All I had to do was mention the name of Amit. Jim did this and was escorted immediately, not only for aircraft but also to his seat.

Wow! first class reservation had been made in advance by him. Jim thought "what that an organization "." First class all the way. "

Jim was instructed to go to "Boquet" hotel next to Tehran Imam Khomaini International Airport. Again he was instructed to tell the hotel clerk "Amit." Again, worked like a charm. Jim showed your luxury suite. Luxury enough to be comfortable but not luxurious enough to draw unwanted attention. First task. Is it actually capable of firing a human being? He wondered about the training, but he said Amit these people were not really human! They were considered less than dogs. Were enemies of the state. The help him destroy his adopted country if left to their fate.

The plan: to observe the activity subject for several days establish their customs. Like anybody, human nature is worldwide.

Jim is the residence of johad. Do not think he can hurt a fly. Jim knew better. Before leaving this assignment file johad Jim had studied for over a week. This guy had a piece of "terrorist rap they would see Osama Bin Laden as a boy scout. Johad looked at as just a normal average in the East. Turban and all. Jim noted their activities from afar. Jim had to find a appropriate "kill-site." Jim took notes of the daily routine of johad. 7:00 pm johad visited a tea room, had two cups of tea and left. He always left alone. He had to go through a dark alley at 8:00. It appears that Jim would be a perfect place for him to do his "job." Johad always traveled alone for night. That was a blessing for the new agent of the Mossad. There would be no witnesses to his first job. Jim employers wanted it that way. No muss or fuss.

Jim knew he was ever caught doing her job, was to swallow two capsules immediately wearing blue on the edge of your work clothes. "

His death method: Two bullets to the heart, check the "corpse" then a close in the front case. The head shot was not a Knockout "da." This was the technique of the organization.

The night came to the "action." Jim dressed in clothes does not call attention to it, but they were presentable enough to board your flight. Jim was to catch a flight of 1 hour after the work was complete. The agents did not hang around long enough to answer any questions.

Jim now packed and ready to travel. He left the hotel. The employee thanked him and wished him better. The way in which he said suggested to Jim if the employee knew the real reason why Jim was there. It seemed pretty nice. Jim recalled that the organization there were "informers" in the world. He had for his own safety.

The calendar on the left of johad tea and went into the alley. Jim was in the shadows. When approached johad, Jim gave a short whistle, johad looked and shot Jim. The two shots landed directly in the heart of the terrorist. Immediately fell to the pavement. Motionless Jim came and left its mark on the forehead of johad. Comedian Jim thought she was fine. I have to rid the world of trash. People who hurt innocent people in name of religion. Whenever you want to start "wars of religion." What way is that to win converts? Although the terror groups never seemed to have problems recruiting people. Jim felt sorry for the new recruits. The dim the "" or brainwashed most zealous and used as "suicide bombers." How sick was that thought Jim!

Years passed and passed.

Jim was one of the experts the extermination camp of terrorists. Of course, could not be "officially praised" its successes. The facts are known to only a few. His friend and mentor Amit had reached the top of the organization. Jim's work became well known in the dark world of the murderers. Jim had no family and therefore has no roots. Satisfaction derived frequenting nightclubs and hot clubs. Single women abound in these places. Jim had no problem with her love life. " He used women for his own pleasure and then he was gone.

Suddenly, a night that happened:

Jim was hanging around some rooms luxury. Lot of women in the "doing", he thought. Most were pretty. One stood out like no other. Handsome, tall and thin and blue eyes like the sky. Wow! Would I like to sleep with her. Probably not a chance I thought! He kept looking his way with a demure smile. Well, maybe she at least let me buy a drink. Jim looked around. The woman did not seem to anyone in particular. He smiled back and asked the waiter what the lady was drinking? She likes whiskey on the rocks. Knows she has also refined. Jim asked the waiter to send the lady more than a whiskey on the rocks.

After your drink was delivered turned to Jim and nodded thanks to God.

What is grace. Little Jim went to where she sat and asked if he could sit. "Why not join me," she said.

They talked and talked until closing time. Jim asked what he was doing professionally. "Oh, nothing important, but I am a government employee"

"You know, hard work with little or no prizes." Jim agreed. Then asked Jim what he did. "Oh, I also work for the government," "What is his specialty, he asked." Jim replied "nothing special, all you do is kill time, "laughed a little." sounds like a job I could get to like a lot. "Jim was a little uncomfortable with conversation about their work. He went in another direction.

The night ended. Jim thought it was too early to ask you to be intimate. Instead, said "will be here tomorrow night" "Why yes." she said. "Can we meet here and talk a little more? '"That will be fine," she answered!

Jim smiled and took a taxi to your hotel. He quickly showered and went to bed and almost immediately fell into a deep sleep. Morning sun through the large window. Jim got up slowly. First cup of coffee was in order. His ritual consisted of coffee first, followed by a shave, then shower, Jim was not rushed to go to work. It only worked when the call "came." The calls went further and further apart. He was well known now by all terrorist groups. It was difficult for the organization to find a job for him. Jim did not care. As he matured he liked the extra time to pursue some of his hobbies. Jim liked to read, do something light and relaxing painting simply.

Jim dressed, left his room and called a taxi. It soon became their meeting point. The living room, as most had their lights went out. There was soft music in the background. Jim thought what a place for "making do" in what he hoped would be his last "conquest." An hour later she appeared. Wow! Does she look tonight animated. beautiful blue dress matched her eyes. She really did justice to the dress. He caught his attention. She heavily at his desk, sat down and said, "how are you tonight?" "I feel great," which ordered their drinks. Hoped they would get "lucky" with her tonight. After several hours talking and listening to soft music were both "soft." During the conversation she wanted to know what his plans after leaving the club. Jim said that "nothing planned." She thought "you come to my house to take a drink. "

Jim felt his pulse racing! I would also, he said.

The evening was bye quickly and soon reached the when they leave.

Outside the club Jim called a taxi. He gave the driver the address. Jim thought it was strange. The address belonged to an impressive hotel. She then told Jim he was on a business trip and soon left. Jim wondered if that was true of perhaps no more than a bored wife waiting. Elegant lady anyway. What the hell did it matter anyway.

They arrived at the hotel and went to his entourage,

She served them in whiskey rocks. It became a little music. Soft bedroom things Jim thought. His concerts have been very different, he thought. Just went to their place, beat them and kissed them goodbye. No ", I'd call later." most realized it was just a One Night Stand. Only a roll in the hay. She was different. This lady refined. If it was a government employee as he said, she has held a kind of high position. Suite was very nice with a refrigerator full.

After much conversation he asked "Would you like to spend the night," Jim was not surprised, but acted well. This lady has to realize that it was not for the game. "I can not think of anything I like better," she said.

Good was his reply.

It pointed to the door to the bedroom. "Go there and feel at home while I cool off a bit." He went to the room. What place. A king-size bed with satin sheets. He thought: I bet you can actually slipped into the sheets. He quickly undressed. He was awake listening running water. Suddenly the water stopped. Oh! He thought of "heaven is near."

Jim called softly in bed. "Yes," responded. "Well, now close your eyes and the promise that do not open until I tell you" "Since you have been so good to me that I have something special for you. "Jim could feel the pulse getting faster and faster. This woman knew his business he thought.

I could hear his feet very slightly on the carpeted floor. He fulfilled his promise. Her eyes were closed. He also kept his promise.

Two in the head and once in the chest. Blood splattered everywhere. Silently, he packed his "working tool" picked up his bags and left the suite.

If Jim had not complied his promise that he would have saw that he was fully dressed and ready to go. Now in the street, hailed a taxi and rushed to JFK airport. Destination "Top Secret".

"The hunter was so good at his profession that became the prey!"

Expanding the portfolio of business to build a stronger business

Ever met someone who wanted to stop doing something, but it never seemed to be able to completely turn the switch to disengage from the behavior pattern?

Maybe he got into a habit of stopping at a donut or a cheese steak on a route back from a trip, when they intend to do a better job of watching their diet.

Or maybe he spent the money in your business before it was collected. And even after being burned once or twice and realized of course that money was not yours to spend until the check cleared the bank still make decisions which left them overwhelmed and at risk.

Ron was caught in a "me first, Be the first to" habit when I was hired to train to grow your business. The problem was that as fast as he brought business in the front door, which had staff members leaving for back door.

Ron is spectacular as the first over when it comes to hiring a new employee, responding with a proposal, and even negotiating a lease. It is refreshing to work with someone with so much energy and concentration.

The other side of the coin is that he was burning himself and his staff for going after all in one speed: the speed of light.

We talked about the cost of carrying out all the red-hot intensity and how can lead to health risks and tension in your company. We talk about the first experiences that had rewarded him for being fast - talking fast, think fast and act fast. No surprises here: it won prizes and awards in Cub Scouts all the way through high school and college and was a behavior associated with positive results.

Einstein said: "You can never solve a major problem in the same level that created it."

Tracks needed to change dramatically, because he had about himself and run your business to death in this paradigm of adrenaline.

I asked him if he knew what the bird has principles, and immediately replied that the early bird always has the worm.

"Entrepreneurs are a little different, "he explained." Too often, we are like a mouse looking for cheese. And that requires more cunning and intelligence than mere speed. A mouse cheese is looking for risks to consider and weigh various benefits. "He nodded along, trying to figure out where this conversation was leading but did not know the line of Steven Wright was about to lay on him.

"Ron, the early bird may get the Worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. "

We laughed a lot, and most importantly, he got the role of risk.

Even now that will reduce gear in neutral and tell his staff: "Perhaps we'd better check to improve the safety of cheese."

Sometimes it's best being the second mouse, it is always better to have a range of options and approaches to enter. Expand their repertoire and you build a business stronger.

How to submit an individual application to the National Camping Award BSA?

I recently completed 250 days / nights I need for the National Camping Individual Award of the Boy Scouts, unfortunately no one in the troops know what to do with the application. It was taken in all applications with another prize for my local scout office, but said something about setting time recharter. It appears that the application for troop camping should be delivered then, not the individual. Any advice about who should send that would be great. Thanks! Auto Insurance - a few observations, needs and how to get yourself better and cheaper Policy

The recent study conducted to assess knowledge driving ordinary Americans revealed that the Oregon drivers fared best with a score of 89% (the average required to pass a driving test, normal is 70%) and Rhode Island drivers were ranked lowest with an average score of 77%.

The results represent the results of examinations of about five thousand people with licenses throughout the country, falling within the age group 16 years - 65 years. The written test consists of 20 questions on the same line that requested at the time of licensing at the state level or driving licenses. All initiative was undertaken by the GMAC (General Motors Acceptance Corporation) Insurance.

The general conclusion to be drawn from the test results is that many Americans are significantly lacking in basic skills of traffic rules and safe driving the car. The comprehensive study revealed that, in fact, if a trial were held today, almost one in ten drivers (which is a whopping 20 million U.S. citizens) would leave the state driving test.

Almost all American states have made it mandatory for drivers have auto insurance in place before taking to the streets with their vehicles. Selecting the right auto insurance policy can be a very difficult task and there are several factors that come into play. You must be well prepared for the just right of the political class that does not penetrate deep into their pockets and gives with a very satisfactory insurance coverage.

If you want to have the cheapest car insurance available in your state, you should start with the study of basic insurance laws in your state. Discover the legal minimum requirement to avoid being penalized and then start scanning for base floor plans available of meeting those requirements.

The decision to purchase the type of auto insurance plan is based entirely with you. If you are one more of the types of Ferrari and zoom more beyond the city streets every day, the better to get the most car insurance cover before, otherwise if you are the sober type adhere to traffic laws to the hilt, and rarely venture outside their vehicle, although the most basic coverage would.

Insurance car has various aspects such as liability coverage, collision coverage, comprehensive coverage, medical coverage etc. to it. So if you are covered responsibility for their policy will pay if they have any accidental damage to any other person to the property. With global coverage, covered all car damage that occur for reasons such as natural disasters, political unrest, and so on. If you've opted to cover collision, damage only your car is paid. Medical coverage takes care of your medical expenses resulting from an accident.
There are several other types of roofing and also its final policy auto insurance will be a mix and match them, depending on your preferences.

So before you head online or offline to buy a policy auto insurance, several factors have to think about. However, a systematic approach, everything will fall into its proper place.

eagle scout project ....?

I need ideas for a project that could do for the Eagle Scout award ... The Eagle Scout Award is the highest rank in the Boy Scouts and is highly respected. The project had to do to become Eagle Scout requires the following: For a nonprofit organization such as schools or places of charity. (NOT for companies or individuals.) It benefits the community. And I have to carry the project's outputs (the address that appears is the main part of the project) The reason I am looking for ideas because my scout master and my father used to let me go with regular projects to build a bench in a park or a school or a bridge .... I'm looking for something original to do please help ... 10 points for best answer =)

Contact your local public library and ask if you can run annual book sale, make a series of programs for children (make sure you have concrete ideas to run by them. Do not expect librarians to propose ideas for you. If you like science, tell them you want to do a monthly series of scientific experiments, or teach magic or whatever you may know.) Or log weekly homework help for children in elementary school. E-mail to the principal to see if they could use their services and if they could meet you to discuss their ideas. If you do not need what you offer, maybe they'll tell you what you need.
