Is it legal to have a lemonade stand in a mall?
Can I have a lemonade stand in a mall. I mean a Boy / Girl Scouts sell cookies there. Bay Area, California. Thank you!
You have to ask the mall. Guides and Boy Scouts have the permission of the center commercial setting. Besides all the money raised goes to a good cause. The mall will probably not allow you to create a lemonade stand for his cause. Money would probably have to go to a known, non-profit. Business owners are also incomplete fraud, its very bad for business. happened here, at a Wal-Mart, I worked on. Couple guys create a charity box and looked to be trusted … but they were complete scam artists.
