Is it legal to have a lemonade stand in a mall?
Can I have a lemonade stand in a mall. I mean a Boy / Girl Scouts sell cookies there. Bay Area, California. Thank you!
You have to ask the mall. Guides and Boy Scouts have the permission of the center commercial setting. Besides all the money raised goes to a good cause. The mall will probably not allow you to create a lemonade stand for his cause. Money would probably have to go to a known, non-profit. Business owners are also incomplete fraud, its very bad for business. happened here, at a Wal-Mart, I worked on. Couple guys create a charity box and looked to be trusted ... but they were complete scam artists. Now, if you want to create a stand or something on the property Store, you have to have documentation of some kind saying that they are reliable.

What is a good parody of the Girl Scouts?
I'm going to camp soon and I need a good sketch for 4-6 people. I want one that is original and no one has seen before!
A day in the life of ______ (or your troop or what program is in) would be as follows: 7:00 - Wake up 7:15 - Get dressed 7:30 - Brushing teeth and hair 7:45 - Hall 8: 00 - Breakfast 9:00 - Activity (swimming, archery, etc. What ever there is activity on the field) 12:00 - Lunch 1:00 to 2:00 time Camper - Another activity 6:00 - Dinner 7:00 - flag 8:00 - dance party in the cabin from 9:00 - Making the bed is the closest thing to what they usually do a day at camp. It is also very funny when things like 12:34 - go to the bathroom. Act out all things in the scene, if you say go swimming then everyone seeks be swimming. It can be as detailed or basic as your group wants, if you want to record one minute of a day, you can do that or you can simply highlight important. What not to do when your leader or counselor is in the bathroom: 1. Run Away 2. that horses free 3. pretend you are lost 4. injury 5. pretend get hurt 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Like what you want, you can do really stupid if you wish. I hope that helps!

How Do I Gain Confidence?
As a personal development coach, a question that comes my way nearly every day is, "how do I gain confidence." I'm sometimes surprised at the crazy notions people can have regarding "what it takes" to become a confident person. Some even produce a laundry list of things they believe they must do, achieve and overcome in order to gain confidence.
When this happens, my primary job shifts from coach to "bubble buster." Here's why:
Building confidence is a process, but it does not have to take ages. Well-meaning "experts" will often tell you the opposite: "there are no shortcuts to building confidence-it takes a long time, and lots of hard work, yada, yada, yada..."
Allow me to strongly disagree. Confidence is not something you gain because you have finally earned your own respect. Not at all! Confidence comes from the realization that you don't have to do anything to be worthy of your respect. This realization can take you 5 minutes or five years; it's entirely up to you.
The fact is, you are worthy of every bit of respect and acceptance you can muster simply because you exist. Nature is awesome and filled with infinite possibility; therefore YOU are awesome and filled with infinite possibility-end of story.
I am aware that there is a very misguided notion throughout the world that insists that humans have value only if they achieve something that others in their culture deem "worthy."
I'm also aware that this paradigm is pure self-destructive nonsense.
But that wasn't always the case. For much of my life I accepted the reigning paradigms of pettiness and self-loathing that are so prevalent in society (see any of the so-called "reality" TV shows for verification). I only gained personal and financial freedom after I began to see through some of the disinformation that pollutes our collective consciousness, and decided that "I" had tremendous value simply because I was here-no matter what I did, said or achieved (of all the nerve!).
When an individual 'wakes up" and begins seeing this illogical, competitive paradigm that much of the world operates under for what it is, they become supremely confident. They no longer are bound by achievement or the opinions of others.
Ironically, people who develop this level of self-acceptance often achieve great things. When you are not bound by achievement or competition, your creative mind takes center stage, and you begin creating greatness in your life, instead of pissing around with the "rat race" trying to compete for scraps.
If you want to "work on" building confidence for five years, and you've got that kind of time to waste, that's entirely your call. But it's not necessary. Powerful confidence can developed in a week. I've seen it many times, and there are plenty of tools to help you do it-once you know where to look.
Yes, developing confidence is a process, but no, it doesn't have to take a long time. You don't have to "earn" confidence, like some Boy Scout merit badge. You only have to recognize that you are already worthy of more respect than you could possibly give yourself in ten lifetimes. It's a matter of accepting what is already true: your power, potential and ability are awesome.

How can I get a younger boy to stop after me?
Im 16 and instant messaging in a troop of Boy Scouts. no is this boy in my troop who is 11 and is constantly after me about. while we were at Camp sumnmer which is a program for 7 days, would take every opportunity he could to try to sit next to me during meals or other activities. sometimes they wait outside the shower for me to get out. during the ceremony of fire tried to rest his head on my shoulder, even thoug his father was elsewhere. one of my columns suggesting that he respects me. I do not think it's like I can not tell you just leave, because he knows that, in general, i dont like Rednecks as he is one. although I have no problem with that personally. But I would not think 4, which is the reason. Since this is an environment of exploration, I can not let that happen without concequence. and i cannot use violence. PLEASE HELP!
Consider the possibility of a compliment .... that among all the guys around him, chose him as a role model, and has a great opportunity to influence someone's life. Stop thinking about your level comfort, and think how useful it can be so future thinking this guy .... and you can always say after a while, "I really think you're a great guy, and I like his company, but now I have to do some things for myself .... Can you find some things to do with other people while I do? "From This way, you did not insult, you just say what you need a break. And then, by all means, even if not really want to do, be sure to look for it. That's the difference between a child and a man, and you, at age 16 are only a man ... it is not. Do not be cruel to anyone, ever. You never know who are your friends will be --- today, tomorrow, and there in the business 10 years ....

Poll: Why don't the Girl scouts of america want to come over to my house and sell me cookies?
Every time I sense they're around I peek through the blinds and I see the scout master gathering the girl scouts to tell them not to come to my house. She even draws a skull on my driveway with some chalk to make sure they know which house to stay away from.
Why won't they come and sell me cookies? I told my probation officer that I would stop exposing myself and put on some pants when someone knocks at the door. Why doesn't he believe me?
What should I do?
