repainting of older vehicles?
I have an old 1967 International Scout. the hood has "sizzle" of a paint job wrong, it seems that more than one color was used to put a clear coat cheap. My plan is to do it again, but I do it myself .. Where can I get a good clear coat is applied and how?

It willl last much longer in the end! If you have little experience in painting, I suggest you get a couple of cans of paint in the color and put a coat of paint and see how it looks. Take care to make several passes over the metal - each of which is so thin it can hardly see the color of fall - the repetition of this process every 5-10 minutes to keep the painting "sticky" and does not want to "run" as bad! And you can not celebrate too close, or - in one place too long, this makes the painting works too! If you get runs, you can wait several days and then work the area with a table and wet or dry (and water), this work "Run" mostly not paint wear around so bad! When finished sanding, hanging in car wax sholuld look good and really well! Just remember clearcoat only will make the problem even worse! Of course you want to mask the fenders and a nice area of the grid to avoid getting paint onto the entire car (and the windscreen), - If you have it removed, - put him in the air enough that it is waist - or a little higher - that way you can see how the "imposition" a little bertter My guess is that you probably use 3.4 cans of paint before it starts getting to be well with you! Does anyone know how to build a pedestal style, anchored a park bench?
Working on my Eagle project for Scouts. In my plan for a local church, I'm building 4 or 5 banks in a prayer area outdoors. I can not seem to find plans to build any style pedestal wooden benches. It is supposed to be permanent, so I am looking pedestal. If anyone knows any good design standing for a bank but would be appreciated. My Searches online have not given me anything very useful, mostly over-elaborate kits or plans that are not worth the effort.

A vacation to Washington DC ... What to do / see?
Next year July / August 2010 my brother goes to the National Boy Scout Jamboree and the rest Our family is going to go to Washington DC (and / or around) for a holiday. What are some of the best places to visit and how long each of them take to see? What are the best places to eat? What are good hotels to stay at? Basically, I am interested in any information you can give me about Washington DC and its environs! I'm from the Midwest region and has never been east! What is good for a vacation?
Monuments are a good start. They are all close to each other and can be done in a day and a half. The Smithsonian museums are also excellent. You may be able to do two in one day. I was also in the Holocaust Museum. It will also take half the day. Very dark, but very powerful. There may also be that the theater time of year. The Nationals are the baseball team. His schedule will not be established until the autumn, but it's 50/50 whether they will be home or not when you're there.
